Orientation tours do not follow a regular schedule and must be reserved through our contact form below and prepaid.

We offer private tours which focus on your priorities for relocation, subject to availability. The tours can include, for example, neighbourhoods near a future school for your children, areas with best mobility for public transit or near large green spaces. We will explain pros and cons and very local information such as planned large-scale construction projects which may affect housing in the near- or long-term.

After your initial inquiry and prepayment via Wise, we will be in contact to identify your needs and design the tour from there.

The tour will involve walking around the city and taking transit to areas of interest. (If time is too short, transport services are an option but will incur extra cost.) We will provide an overview of housing requirements for residency and you are invited to ask questions in the meantime.

We give orientation tours in the Porto Metro Area. We can help arrange for tours in other cities through our partners.

• Our tours have a fee of 80€ per hour, per family.
• There is a 2.5-hour minimum booking for a total of 200€ which is collected by Wise. Additional time is charged at the same rate of 80€ per hour.
• All tours must be paid in advance. (Tours not taken will be credited for the same amount. Credit is transferable to another party and does not expire.)
• All fees are inclusive of tax (23%).
